1 % Cash, Net 30 (to approved customers) - pay from invoice.
Net on MasterCard/Visa.
Past due accounts will not be shipped
$25 charge on returned checks
Finance charge of 18% annual (1.5% per month) on past due amount
Collection and legal fees will be added

Backorders:

All backorders will be cancelled.

Freight:

$300 minimum order for delivery - $25 charge for less - Regular route only.

Freight Policy:

Do not accept shipments without counting cartons. Please note all shortages or damages on the freight bill when signing for delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy:

No returns without written authorization. We do not accept returns of seasonal merchandise, packages that have been opened or items that have price stickers or labels on them. No returns on close-out items. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 10% of purchase price and must have prior approval for the return.
